Aroma: Passionfruit, seasalt and a hint of green herb.
Palate: Layers of tropical passionfruit, blackcurrant and mineral notes.
Drinking Potential: Drink now or within three years of vintage.
Viticulture & Winemaking: The fruit was sourced from Marlborough’s fertile Wairau Valley area. The 2017 vintage was a small crop of intensely flavoured grapes which were lightly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks to enhance the aromatics.
Analysis: 12.5%, PH 3.22 , Acidity 7.5 g/L, Residual Sugar 3.7g/L
