Our highly rated Hatters Hill Sauvignon Blanc is classic and vibrant. Sourced from our Dillon’s Point Vineyard in the Lower Wairau Valley, these soils are excellent for producing highly expressive and unique Sauvignon Blanc.
With flavours of passionfruit, guava and blackcurrant leaf, this wine is excellently paired with fresh scallops, crayfish or excellently enjoyed on its own.
