Description: Our Hatters Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a classic and vibrant example. Sourced from our Dillon’s Point Vineyard in the Lower Wairau Valley, these soils are excellent for producing highly expressive and unique Sauvignon Blanc. Passionfruit, guava and blackcurrant leaf with a long, lustrous finish.

Aroma: Blackcurrant, passionfruit and a hint of minerality.

Palate: Vibrant and pure with guava, passion fruit and nettle flavours.

Drinking Potential: Drinking now and will continue to show expressive flavours over the next three years.

Viticulture & Winemaking: The fruit was carefully monitored during ripening and harvested in the cool of the evening at maximum flavour maturity. After settling, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to highlight the pure, vibrant fruit flavours.

Analysis: Alcohol 13%, Residual Sugar 2.6g/L, PH 3.31, Acidity 7.4g/L
