Due for release February 2020, our Hatters Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2019 has been carefully crafted in a combination of French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks.
Elegant and refined, this small batch limited release wine, shows classic and vibrant notes of grapefruit, passionfruit and guava, combined with intricate gunflint, nettle leaf and mineral notes on the finish.
