Description: The Delta Pinot Noir is rich, round and full bodied with a combination of savoury and sweet fruit notes. The raspberry and dark fruit flavours combine effortlessly with savoury toast characteristics.

Palate: Rich with raspberry, dark fruit and sun ripened tomatoes.
Drinking Potential: Drinking now and will continue to evolve over the next five years.
Viticulture & Winemaking: The fruit comes from the single Delta VIneyard in the south of Marlborough’s Wairau Valley. Clones 115 and 777 were harvested and each held cold in the winery for four days to extract colour and tannin complexity. During fermentation, the wines were hand plunged regularly to release full flavours.
