The Wines

Tom Hatter was an eccentric and colourful character who lived in rural Marlborough in the early 1900s.

Delta “Hatter’s Hill” Pinot Noir is a selection of the best grapes grown on the hills of the vineyard which rise up to 175 metres - one of the highest locations in Marlborough.
Hatters Hill Tasting Notes

Delta Pinot Noir is made from the fruit grown on the flat part of the Delta vineyard, given extra depth by fruit from the hills. The style is approachable and supple with fragrant Pinot Noir characters.

Delta Sauvignon Blanc is grown on a vineyard owned by the Thomson family. The 25 acre vineyard is located in Dillons Point, an area Matt considers capable of producing some of the most intense flavours for this particular grape variety.
