Key Practices adopted:

  • Specially selected clay soil site rising to 170 metres planted with all the latest Pinot Noir clones
  • Low yields ensure vibrant fruit flavours
  • Hand crafted Pinot Noir winemaking techniques using manual pigeage
  • Use of open top fermenters to reduce the alcohol level in the final wines
  • Low usage of new oak, which is lightly toasted, in order to enhance the delicate varietal expression
